Should You Forgive?

It is almost inevitable that every loved one will hurt you at some point in your relationship. Unfortunately, forgiving a loved one can be the hardest thing you do. Mostly because you’re afraid of getting hurt again. But while holding a grudge may seem like a protective barrier, it is actually a form of self-imprisonment.

This article talks about how you can help ease the sentence term, by accepting part of the responsibility. Not to be confused with condoning mistreatment aka allowing others to walk all over you. It means empowering and liberating yourself by choosing love over anger, communication over shutting someone out.
